In depth

Verdict

Archdeacon won at Chelmsford back in May but CHAMOMILE is less exposed and scored over track and trip on her handicap debut. She has enough scope to defy a 5lb rise. Pike Corner Cross won here before finishing fourth off a higher mark at Kempton but Vipin can figure having found only one too good here last time. Red Gunner was also placed at the track a fortnight ago and Quoteline Direct returns to the all-weather having finished third at Beverley in September.
