Brown Pete recorded a double at Lingfield last month but this looks more competitive and he has a 5lb rise to contend with. The consistent Neige D'antan looks sure to run her race again after scoring for the second time over C&D, though only by a nose. Shelley Birkett's 7lb claim could make all the difference in a tight contest as SILVER ALLIANCE has been threatening to end his long losing run, including when beaten a length over track and trip last time. Mr Chocolate Drop is another with claims off his current mark but hasn't raced since September.
