      Verdict

      SILVER CRESCENT has been placed in handicaps including an earlier close-up second over track and trip. Ralph Beckett’s charge should have the measure of these back in a maiden company and is weighted to beat both Rocky Shores and Dependable, who have also been handicapping recently. Petit Palais debuted over a mile last year and hasn’t raced since and headgear is added for his reappearance while Palermo has shown nothing so far.
