        Verdict

        International Law has won nine races, five of them here, but this is the grey's 80th start and he's never been over a trip this far. Frame Rate won this last year and also scored over two miles here in April. He'll have needed his run in late November though looks a few pounds high. Blue Hero, three-times a winner on Turf, is 0-15 on the all-weather while Hammy End has never won here nor over a trip this far. GHOSTLY was in very good form in mid-summer, stays the trip and isn't badly treated so gets the nod in a very moderate handicap.
