Typhoon Tilly, Mad Carew and Danelor are three against the field in another wide open affair and the narrow vote is given to Mad Carew. The selection was a good second off this mark behind Kylkenny last time out. This looks easier and from a good draw he looks the value bet in an open affair. Typhoon Tilly rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Tedstale, he goes well at the track but he often finds less than expected off the bridle and for that reason he is opposed. Danelor will make a bold bid to make all the running and he would be dangerous if he got an easy lead but his best form of late is over a shorter trip. Trance is from a shrewd yard and looks to be on a handy mark so should be closely monitored in the market. Of the remainder Missie Baileys is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but for the winner we return to Mad Carew who looks sure to have the race run to suit.
