    Verdict

Ink Spot looks a stand-out bet in this maiden with Sunny Sprite and Times Vital the main dangers. The selection disappointed in a handicap at Ayr last time but he failed to handle the ground that day and he looks worth siding with now that he is back in a maiden and on a surface that should not be a problem for him. He has some solid form and he gets the vote. Sunny Sprite is interesting as he ran well on his debut at Lingfield, and he wasn't given a hard race last time when things did not pan out as he would have hoped. He may be capable of better than he showed that day and he is worth a serious look here, especially if the market vibes are good. Times Vital is an interesting newcomer from a yard that merits plenty of respect in these type of events, so again a watching brief on the market is advised. Similar comments would apply to Walter Swinburn's newcomer Rehabilitation, but Ink Spot has got some decent form in the book and he should prove tough to beat.
