Verdict
This is trappy with nothing ruled out in a contest full of predominantly exposed sprinters who come in and out of form. There are a couple of exceptions though, notably VESPASIAN. The Crisford gelding has only had half a dozen starts, showing plenty in the early months of the year, winning twice. He hasn't been seen since late April when a fair fifth in a Class 2 Newmarket handicap and is worth chancing here back in Class 4 company in the hope he's ready to roll. Pocket The Profit is another three-year-old with a claim and it's interesting to see George Boughey drop him back to six furlongs with William Buick booked. Of the more exposed sorts, Intervention looks likely to strike pretty soon and is shortlisted along with Muscika and Aberama Gold, although neither are the easiest to catch right.
