One favourite has won this in eight seasons. CHOOKIE HAMILTON had dropped to his lowest-ever mark on his 81st start over slightly shorter here last time and, with just a 4lb rise and Simon Walker in the saddle, he can gain his ninth all-weather successs. Serena Brotherton's mount Bute Street, who has won three times here and was in very good form during the summer, is likely to be thereabouts while Sainglend has been jumping with a reasonable amount of success and Shy has dropped to a very lowly mark so should get involved. Candelita ran well on her reappearance here last month and may do best of the remainder.
