In depth

Verdict

Kashmir Peak looks to be finding some form again but has been raised a pound since his second over 1m4f here last month. Shelford only won by a nose over track and trip on his latest start and is 5lb higher. He did have Be Perfect behind at Kempton earlier but looks to have something to find with COMMUNICATOR on a line through the winner of that race, Arch Villain. Andrew Balding's six-year-old was only beaten a head by the latter at Lingfield 12 days ago and is in good form having run very well over hurdles a month earlier. He appears to have the beating of Exemplary while Vedani is woefully out of sorts.
