Baltic Song is penalised for winning over today’s trip at Lingfield back in February and has his first start since. But INVICTUS SPIRIT has the more recent outing with a debut third at Windsor and given his pedigree suggests he’ll improve for today’s extra distance, Sir Michael Stoute’s colt gets the vote. Caravan Of Hope has been thereabouts in both outings so far and drops down in trip today while Trueshan moves in the opposite direction on his return to action having debuted over a mile last year. Desert Secret is the first foal of a maiden though there is plenty of stamina in the Godolphin newcomers pedigree.
