Several arrive on the back of wins including Critical Thinking, who beat the re-opposing Herm a couple of lengths at Lingfield a fortnight ago. Air Of York won a division of the same handicap at Lingfield when well ahead of Showdance Kid but had finished behind VIOLA PARK over track and trip before that. The latter can effectively race off the same mark here and Ron Harris’ charge is also preferred to recent runner-up Prince Jai.
