This is not the worst of sellers with 7lb separating the top six in the ratings, the top-rated couple being Barnaby Rudge and Lytton. Both of those are perhaps rather flattered by their ratings and SINGLEB, who connections bought back in having landed a seller at Leicester three starts back can win it. The ground at Leicester was perhaps on the slow side for Singleb last time out and returning to the poly-track will be in his favour. Cap St Jean is favourably treated against Singleb based on their Leicester clash. That is when his inexperienced riders 7lb claim is taken into account. Mountain Pass is a regular in this grade but seven furlongs might just be on the sharp side for him while Lytton who contested pattern company as a juvenile but later lost his way showed some of his old spark when dropped into selling grade last time out. Ten Pole Tudor is a dual course and distance winner who's latest effort is best to forget. SINGLEB is given the nod to win it.
