Verdict

Elixsoft and Carey Street won over shorter trips here on their penultimate starts with the latter looking the more favourably handicapped. Pivotal Decision is not certain to stay this extra distance though is less exposed than the likes of Termonator and Ruby Gates but another chance goes to DRAGONS WILL RISE. The course and distance winner missed out on a hat-trick when only third to Pink Jazz here in December but the latter has gone in again subsequently and winning partner Rab Havlin is on board again for his only ride on the card.
