    Verdict

Monsieur Chevalier should find this easier than last week's Queen Anne Stakes and REX IMPERATOR, Poole Harbour and Palace Moon all ran in the Wokingham at Royal Ascot with William Haggas' charge faring best in sixth. He was noted staying on strongly after being forced to switch positions on several occasions and could gain compensation here, despite racing off a 3lb higher mark. Picabo has proved very consistent in handicaps and should be thereabouts again while Tropics only narrowed failed to follow an earlier course and distance win here at the start of the month. Out Do won very easily on his reappearance at Yarmouth but is taking on much better opposition now off a 10lb higher mark while UAE import Seachantach has plenty of weight on his UK debut, though has generally been campaigned at a higher level.
