Verdict

Horatio Star was placed over a longer trip last year and bumper winner Pour Joie debuts on the Flat but both are conceding plenty of weight to the younger horses. Calculation and Godolphin’s Global Heat were both placed over shorter trips last year and Durston made the frame in both outings last season. Sinjaari and Entrusting occupied the places behind subsequent handicap winner Private Secretary at Redcar recently but the latter is trained by John Gosden and he runs WILL OF IRON, a runner-up over track and trip three weeks ago and taken to go one better in this.
