In depth

Verdict

Cheworee failed to figure in much better company at York last time but this is more her grade. She should be bang there at the finish but TROPICS is just preferred. Dean Ivory's charge made a bold bid at Ascot on his return before the lack of a run caught up with him close home and he's fancied to land this with improvement likely. Sir Pedro finished ahead of The Tichborne at Ascot last time but never threatened the winner and Peace Seeker continues to run well without success. Jocasta Dawn has a shout on her comeback but Arctic Lynx could prove a bigger threat especially as Ashpan Sam would prefer softer ground.
