Verdict

A wide open handicap here and many would have chances on their best form but there principals look to be Jomacomi, Rarefied, Late Opposition, and Zeitgeist and the nomination goes to Jomacomi. The selection won well on his only run to date when defeating Calvados. Granted that was on the AW but he is bred to do well on turf and he is sure to have come on for the run and he will be hard to beat. Rarefied rates the main danger he finished in mid-division behind Jorabaden last time when looking in need of the run he enters handicaps on a fair mark and he will not be far away. Late Opposition is another that could go well he was a fair second behind It's Blue Chip last time but he is not sure to be suited by the drop in trip. Zeitgeist won well on his last run last season when defeating Zenny's Gold but he may just need the run after a 175 day absence so for the winner we return to Jomacomi.
