Mount Shamsan is improving with racing and William Haggas is sure to identify a winning opportunity for the late developer at some stage this term. However, he does have to concede 10lb and upwards to promising sorts, of which Godolphin's MYTHICAL MADNESS is just preferred. The Dubawi colt shaped well on debut in an above average Redcar maiden over this trip, should progress from that experience and Adam Kirby is striking up a good relationship with the Appleby team. Mr Greenspan also has the form to take a maiden but this is a first run for over two months whilst Tornesel is a fascinating contender for the Gosden yard. He's presumably had problems after over a year off but must be taken very seriously if the market suggests he's ready to go on this comeback run. Steppe Daughter and Tinga are also possibles in a good maiden for the time of year.
