Artfilly improved plenty for her debut when going under by less than a length at Lingfield on Turf and should progress once more, whilst Carrot Top and Emirates Challenge should be all the better for their debut efforts, with the Godolphin filly presumably better than her initial outing indicated. War Alert was a warm order here on debut in early June but only ran a fair race without living up to pre-race billing. It would not surprise were she to progress considerably for the run and she's definitely shortlist material. However, DISPROVE shaped better than any to have seen a racecourse when an eye-catching fourth of 13 behind Muraaqaba at Newmarket in late June and can step-up on that promise, although the drop to the minimum trip is a slight surprise. There are plenty of interesting debutantes on show too and money for any of Candlelight, Effectual, Renaissant, Star Fire or Some Show should be noted.
