Verdict

The owners did well to get Der Meister for 20,000gns as he's a half-brother to five winners. He attracted good support on his Yarmouth debut and duly obliged, conceding 2lb to the 69-rated Rough Courte so he isn't badly in for his handicap debut. Oasis Fantasy won over a mile here in August but was always struggling on his reappearance at Sandown. Template ran well enough on soft ground at Sandown to suggest he'll be winning soon while Yeah Baby was unfortunate to come up against a well handicapped rival over the course and distance last time. Isabella Beeton and Loving Your Work have shown their best form on Polytrack as has SNOW CONDITIONS though it's the latter who is given the nod after a staying-on effort on her handicap debut at Kempton last month.
