Verdict
David Evans seems determined to take home the lion's share of the prize money here, saddling half the field. Star Rover is potentially well treated but woefully out of form while Haadeeth never figured in a Folkestone claimer 10 days ago. The best of the trio, therefore, may be the three-year-old Knocker Knowles as he only found an in-form rival too strong over C&D last month. The handicapper has taken a bit of a chance with MACDILLON, however, as he's had excuses in all three starts this year and is now a couple of pounds lower than when winning a more competitive affair at Sandown at this time last year. He gets the nod as this trip stretches the stamina of Billy Red so West Coast Dream is preferred of the others.
