Nightspot gets the confident vote here with Emerald Wilderness and Baan rating the main dangers. The selection was a good second behind Peruvian Prince last time out. That form has since been franked and off the same mark here he will be hard to beat. Emerald Wilderness rates the main danger on his latest second behind Malt Or Mash but all his best form is on a faster surface and he is taken on with this in mind. Baan is another that could go well on his best form but he has not progressed as expected of late and even off a mark of 83 he looks vulnerable. Parnassian is on a handy mark and will like conditions but he is hard to win with. Of the remainder Orpen Wide is another with place claims but he is rising in the weights for getting beat and with this in mind for the winner we return to Nightspot.
