    Verdict

Placed three times already this year off today’s mark, clearly retirement is on hold for the teenager Pettochside who has won twice over course and distance and holds Araifjan on the form book. Pablo Del Pueblo blew the start at Lingfield but quickly recovered lost ground and won as he liked. He’s gone up 5lb but is still relatively unexposed on Turf. Twice successful over track and trip, The Princes Poet is starting to look well treated again but we’ll stick with the in-form VAL DE TRAVERS as he’s moved to another level since joining Mick Appleby.
