Tidy Affair was a little green on his debut at Salisbury but kept on nicely in the closing stages and will know more today. He had Red Senor behind that day but Barry Hills' colt was well backed and is probably capable of better. The pair should be in the firing-line here, while Radiomarelli is improving with experience. Billyrayvalentine probably has a little more to do than when third over 5f here three weeks ago, however, as there are several interesting newcomers facing the starter here. Sir Michael Stoute's stable looks like its emerging from the doldrums so Stepturn, closely related to a number of decent performers, could go well but JUBILANCE is entered in all the valuable sales races later in the season and, with Jeremy Noseda's team in top form, is fancied to make a winning debut.
