Burmese gave the impression he had a mind of his own when a beaten favourite at Leicester last month, though still finished ahead of Air Of Astana. The latter was making his racecourse debut that day, however, and could reverse the placings. Oasis Spear was only headed inside the final furlong when trying to make all at Newbury and should be prominent again but we'll give another chance to MILE HIGH. Her third at Newbury was her first run since she finished fifth in the Cheshire Oaks in the spring so she may have been a little ring-rusty. Uele River is returning from a break but was only beaten half-a-length over this course and distance on her reappearance so can't be ignored.
