    Verdict

The feature race on the card can go to Rasaman ahead of Goodbye Cash, with Double Bill, Nobilissima and Kelamon all adding spice to a competitive affair. This promises to be close, but despite topweight, we like the claims of Rasaman who bids to get losses back after finishing third when odds-on at Wolverhampton last time. Philip Robinson is normally a good judge of pace, but he tried to go with the leaders on that last outing and had nothing left for the finish. Back on Turf now, he should handle the ground and a big run is expected. Goodbye Cash will be a threat back over his best trip after flopping at Leicester last time, and he definitely handles cut in the ground. In contrast, Double Bill has floundered on going softer than good so far, but it is interesting that Paul Cole lets him take his chance. Nobilissima bombed out badly at Goodwood and seems to struggle at this level at present, and Gentle Guru will also find this company tough, although she will come on for her recent return to action at Sandown. Kelamon won with something in hand over the course-and-distance last time, and there is no reason why he should not get involved despite a rise in the weights. It is a difficult one to weigh up, but if his rider can save a bit for the finish, Rasaman can provide the answer.
