      Verdict

Not the strongest of events with recent Hamilton winner Chivalry, heading the market. He looks sure to appreciate the step up in trip, but has yet to tackle fast ground and he may be worth taking on with Irvington, who will be wearing blinkers for the first time. Master T, who has done all of his winning on the sand at Lingfield, and the maiden Prime Trump, who ran well under a big weight at Nottingham, could not not be left out of calculations.
