Velator has returned a losing favourite the last twice now though remains on a decent mark and should figure on his return to action. But ASTIGOS is preferred having finished third at Ascot last month when well clear of the remainder and racing off the same mark today. Chepstow winner Pure Poteen made another bold bid at Warwick last time and could be thereabouts but both Marden Court and recent Huntingdon winner Cardinal Rose face tougher tasks in this.
