Verdict

It's no surprise that connections of MAURITINO are trying to strike while the iron is hot. Jonjo O'Neill's seven-year-old never came off the bridle in winning at Exeter on Monday and can defy his 7lb penalty. Taste The Wine didn't beat much at Chepstow earlier in the month and is 12lb higher here, while Raise Again hasn't raced since disappointing at Taunton in November. Aine's Delight may be the pick of the remainder as she has won twice on the Flat and wasn't entirely disgraced behind the selection over this C&D 11 days ago.
