      Verdict

      PILSDON PEN (NAP) was having only his second outing over fences when scoring over track and trip last month. The runner-up has subsequently boosted the form and Jeremy Scott’s charge is taken to defy a 6lb rise. Hall Lane showed some promise when second at Market Rasen on his chasing bow though never threatened the winner while Harjo will appreciate this return to a shorter trip and could figure. Midnight Midge won here back in March though it was good going on that occasion.
