In depth

Verdict

Un Beau Roman took advantage of a tumbling mark to score at Plumpton and is only 3lb higher here. Earth Leader was far too keen on his reappearance and could figure if settling better while Twasn't The Plan is usually thereabouts but is now 0-10 over fences. Bridle Loanan won at Lingfield at the start of the year but would have preferred more give in the ground. LOTS OF LUCK looks relatively straightforward and has a decent strike-rate. It is a concern that he couldn’t cope with a 9lb rise last time at Huntingdon but the winner that day has turned out be a progressive type. Magic River also has a squeak.
