In depth

Verdict

Rosemary Russet usually runs well without being quite good enough. Dollnamix has also struggled to get his head in front and has gone up 4lb since second at Exeter in April. Cap Horner also lacks a recent run but Moans Cross had a spin on the all-weather two weeks ago which should have blown away any cobwebs. HEAVEY has only won a Perth maiden so far but the handicapper has had little to work with and Neil Mulholland’s charge may have got in lightly here. Dark Episode and Granitic may be the pick of the remainder.
