Verdict

Raven Court represents last year’s winning yard but something went amiss over track and trip last time having gone close at Aintree earlier. A bumper winner in France, Eritage was still beaten a distance when third at Exeter on his debut for Paul Nicholls and stablemate Mister Timmytucks didn’t run much better at the same track on New Year’s Day. Adjourned made a winning start at Southwell in October and has switched yards subsequently but PERFECT PREDATOR has the more recent form and improves with every outing. He beat a subsequent winner at Taunton last month with the rest nowhere and looks the one to side with given Mr Woody is another with something to prove now after a poor effort at Ffos Las.
