HORACES PEARL quickened in impressive fashion to overhaul Tuesday’s hurdles winner Kintail over course and distance in April and Fergal O’Brien’s five-year-old is one of the few with racecourse experience in this. Baskerville was only beaten half-a-length at Stratford in August but Solstice Saint was a beaten favourite at Worcester in the spring. Saint Anapolino has won a point while, of the newcomers, the Blue Bresil gelding Roman Roy will probably attract attention and Roysse is a brother to dual hurdles winner Rattle Owl. The filly Elusiveness is a half-sister to Freedom, a Group 3 winner on the Flat, so may also be worth a market check.
