        Peccadillo (IRE) Encouraging reappearance at Stratford last month; entitled to improve for the run but handicapper has seen fit to raise him 5lb since.

        Granby Bell Capable of putting in a decent round, as when third at Uttoxeter last time; generally inconsistent though and not one to rely on.

        Potter's Bay (IRE) Landed first race for some time when successful at Worcester during the summer; claims if in the same mood, although 7lb rise looks harsh.

        Polden Pride Usually thereabouts but has given the impression that a longer trip would be beneficial.

        Black Fashion (IRE) Disappointed on reappearance at Perth after lay off; interesting that in-form trainer perseveres with him.
