In depth

Verdict

Lester Leaps In can land the prize here at the main expense of Dariak and Konigsbote. The selection was well beaten when last seen at Cheltenham but this is a much weaker race and he had previously won well when beating Cantabilly at Plumpton. He has his ground tonight and should be tough to beat. Dariak is an interesting runner as his saddle slipped on his British debut at Fakenham and he then won well when beating Corum at Ludlow. He remains open to further improvement and should run a big race. Konigsbote was well beaten on his British debut at this track and although he has some fair form in Germany he gives the impression that he will be seen to better effect when he is upped in trip. King's Head showed promise on his debut and is another to consider, but Lester Leaps In looks to have been found a good opportunity here and he can get his head in front.
