In depth

Verdict

Sonoftheking won a hunter chase at Exeter in May and was having his first start since that month and making his handicap debut when just failing to concede Uncle Pettit 21lb at Taunton. That was a moderate affair but this isn't any better and he should make a bold bid. REPLACEMENT PLAN has never won over fences but went very close at Ffos Las when caught right on the line. He's not very consistent but a similar effort should be good enough. Port Navas has shown the occasional ability over hurdles and makes his handicap debut from a lowly mark as does Lunar Flow, who battled to victory over timber at Exeter in March and has the right pedigree for chasing.
