Not many of these are ones to get excited about and we take Were In Touch to get the better of Farnaheezview and Glacial Evening. The selection goes well with some cut in the ground, and put in a pleasing seasonal reappearance when third of 10 to Miss Fahrenheit at Chepstow in novice hurdle company in November. This longer trip and the bigger obstacles should suit the Old Vic gelding well enough and he is selected to make a winning chase debut. Farnaheezview has already had a couple of chase outings and ran well enough on both occasions, so that experience will be a plus for those intending to play. However, he hasn't quite seen out the trip on either occasion and would probably prefer genuine good ground to be at his best. Glacial Evening acts with cut and comes from a yard who do well here. He also makes his chase debut, but with some staying hurdles form under his belt, if he jumps round he will be thereabouts at the business end. Of the others, it will be interesting to see how both Daretobedifferent and Lantaur Lad go after little action lately, but we take Were In Touch to lead them home.
