Verdict

Grand National hero Noble Yeats was sent to France for his reappearance a couple of weeks ago but made a bad mistake at the second and was quickly pulled up. Gordon Elliott takes him on with a trio of entries headed by Run Wild Fred, who fell at the Canal Turn at Aintree and again in the Irish version at Fairyhouse. He made a pleasing reappearance behind stablemate Galvin at Punchestown but could find another from the yard, FRONTAL ASSAULT, too good in receipt of 5lb. The latter finished runner-up in the Irish National before a convincing success on his return to action at Galway and is still on the upgrade. Hurricane Georgie was in tremendous form over hurdles and fences in the summer but could find the heavy ground against her.
