In depth

Verdict

Crimson Chief followed a maiden victory over fences at Kilbeggan with an impressive victory over timber at Galway for which he's 8lb higher. CRUISIN SUSAN (NAP) didn't show much until well supported at Tramore where she battled to a short-head victory over slightly further. She starts out in handicaps off a lowly mark and can complete a double. Fox Le Bel has been supported on several occasions but hasn't been able to get his head in front while Champagne Vacation has plenty of weight for what he's shown to date. Poppy Rose was engaged in the 3.43 at Ayr yesterday.
