Both COMTESSE and Que Sera Sera were unsuited by a slow pace when third and fifth at Leopardstown in June. The former started odds-on after a very promising debut there and, with a stronger gallop likely, can gain compensation. Celestial Fable has been narrowly beaten in her last two starts, the latest on this track, while dual Polytrack runner-up Crafted Mastery should be forgiven her run at Gowran where she didn't handle soft ground.
