ONTHEGROUND has yet to get off the mark after a dozen career starts but has gone close on several occasions including on fast ground here in April. He again ran well in a big field at Cork the following month and looks the one to beat. Raise The Beat was well beaten in that Cork event but that was his hurdling debut and the dual bumper winner is expected to do much better. Do Ya Feel Lucky has to concede 8lb to the selection after his shock 40/1 victory in a Tipperary bumper, the first time he's ever raced on fast going. He's definitely improving as he produced his best effort between the flags on his previous start. God's County has had 13 attempts over hurdles and not won so far but this four-times Flat winner has produced several decent performances and shouldn't be dismissed just yet. Realt Den Chathair looks a big threat as he progressed with every run in bumpers and made a very promising debut over hurdles behind The Amarillo Kid at Downpatrick.
