Vocaliser has been a major disappointment in his two runs this season after a promising juvenile campaign. He's finished last in both starts and has to concede weight all round. Wider World easily won a Ballinrobe maiden last month, when the favourite Navegante ran poorly, but she's been beaten in two claimers subsequently when strongly fancied. SPIRITUAL MAN looked a certain future winner when runner-up on his only start last season but hasn't progressed as expected in two runs this term. He still has the scope to do better and is given the nod.
