The bookies will be running for cover seeing one of Charles Byrnes' at the bottom of the handicap with winning form. Lash It On hasn't run for over a year when successful over hurdles at Thurles but also gained an easy victory over fences at Downpatrick earlier. He's 10lb higher here but that could prove irrelevant if he's ready after such a long lay off. TAILORS HILL is another lurking at the foot of the weights and his possible fitness advantage could just swing things his way. A very easy winner over hurdles in May, he was having his first subsequent start last month when a good third over fences at Clonmel and that should have brought him on for this. Lord Alfie scored over slightly shorter here in April and is 8lb higher while Adams Wood is difficult to evaluate as he hasn't shown much over regulation fences but won twice between the flags in the spring. Dominetta Vitali was in touch when impeded and unseated her rider over 2m3f here last month and can go well if none the worse.
