Verdict

It's hardly surprising to see HEAD TURNER on an 11lb higher mark than at Clonmel as she won with her head in her chest. This is a stiffer test but she hasn't had much racing and looks progressive enough to complete the double. Drive The Bus had been chasing before reverting to hurdles on a much lower mark and scoring at Sligo in August. He's still 18lb lower than over fences and Denis Hogan will have him ready. Cest Notre Gris has yet to win but is gradually coming down the ratings while Spring Forward ran his best race to date at Gowran, though that was when stepped up to 2m4f. The four-year-old Thywillbedone has been very highly tried since landing a maiden at Punchestown in November and makes her handicap debut.
