Canny Tom looked one to follow over fences after scoring at Downpatrick in October and has only had a couple of subsequent runs. Winning hurdler NOT FOR YOU (NAP) has had 16 starts over fences without scoring but he's run well on several occasions and his close second at Killarney last month would probably be good enough for this. Honest Robber has had very little racing for his age and showed there is a race in him with a very good run at Down Royal, though he does appear to do best on that track. Coldstonesober is approaching his 100th start and has managed to win eight times but his recent performances leave plenty to be desired.
