Dropped in grade it'll be disappointing if KARASENIR can't take care of these despite his welter burden. Philip Hobbs' charge has a bit to learn in the jumping department but he clearly has ability, as he showed when winning impressively at Kempton last time. The concern would be that his best efforts have come right-handed but it was more the stiff finish and late mistakes that cost him at Chepstow and he's taken to go in again. Howard Johnson has a good record in this and Rupert Lamb looks a likely threat if he takes to hurdling, having travelled sweetly on his way to victory in a bumper before coming unstuck when upped in grade. Andhaar needs to leave behind his rating of 110 to score, Solis relishes a sound surface and represents an in-form yard while Luso's Lad has a bit to prove now but clearly has ability.
