Verdict

Ukantango finished tailed off on his chasing bow at Aintree and Chapel Green was also beaten a long way at that track last time after an earlier win at Hexham. Cerendipity got outpaced over an extended 2m3f at Sedgefield so it seems a strange move to drop him back in trip, though he has a bit of scope. The four-year-old JIPCOT is also dropped in distance but he’d just been headed when falling at the last at Ascot at the start of the month and can race off his correct mark here. Missed Tee has been eased 2lb since a beaten favourite at Carlisle so can’t be ignored.
