Verdict

DON HOLLOW (NAP) beat the more-experienced Royal Mogul by a neck in a bumper here in February. That was a very promising start from Dan Skelton’s gelding, who should make a hurdler. Ukantango sets the standard on a nine-length victory at Aintree in May but is penalised. War Soldier impressed in a Newcastle bumper last December but disappointed later at Carlisle. Burrows Hall looks a better bet than stablemate Copper Beach while Emily Wade is preferred to her stable companion Tommy's Fortune.
