Dancing Rock, Love That Benny and Random Native are three against the field in a wide open maiden hurdle and the vote is given to Dancing Rock. The selection was a fair third last time out behind Martha's Kinsman at Taunton and with more improvement likely from this 7-year-old and this faster surface also in his favour he should take plenty of beating. Love That Benny was a fair third behind Motive at Catterick last time and he is entitled to come on for that run, so he is another that could go well. However, he made a couple of bad mistakes in that race and he will need to brush up on his jumping if he is trouble our selection. Random Native will appreciate this ground and he won well in a bumper when last seen out beating Cool Cossack. However, that was nearly two years ago and this is his first try over hurdles so he may just need the run today. However, if the market were to speak in his favour then he could be of interest. Worlaby Dale is dropped in trip but he has had plenty of chances without getting his head in front and we are happy to stick with Dancing Rock as our idea of the winner.
